The top section provides a snapshot of your performance index, badges earned, and activity summary. You’ll also see a personalized note from MAGgie™, offering tailored guidance based on your activity, helping you focus on areas that drive growth.

I. Sales Analytics 💰

Sales dashboards let you track results across three key areas:

  • Sales – Track total and average sales, compare with cohort benchmarks, and view sales trends over time.

  • Commission – Monitor commissions earned and average commission amounts, alongside cohort comparisons.

  • Transactions – Review total transactions, transaction velocity, and how you rank against peers.

II. Marketing Dashboard 🔈

The marketing dashboard captures the activities you complete within MAGgie™ that support your client outreach and engagement. These include:

  • Clients created and onboarded

  • Research files generated (building research notes or trip references.)

  • Travel Tales and marketing plans created (producing client-facing content and campaigns.)

  • Chats with MAGgie™

These metrics show how actively you’re using MAGgie’s marketing tools and how that activity contributes to building stronger client relationships and business growth.

III. Training Overview 📖

The training dashboard highlights your badges earned, courses completed, and ongoing learning progress. It provides a breakdown by category (e.g., Destinations, Marketing, Luxury, Business Development), showing both completion rates and badges achieved.
