With MAGgie™, your AI-powered travel assistant, managing client profiles is seamless. Before crafting personalized travel plans, you'll need to onboard your clients. MAGgie™ offers three simple ways to do this:
1️⃣ Manual Entry: Add clients individually by entering their details and preferences in the "Clients" tab.
2️⃣ From MAGcrm: Sync client profiles directly from MAGcrm with a single click, using the "Add to MAGgie" feature.
3️⃣ Import Clients: Save time by importing your entire client list in one go. Download your client data from MAGcrm, upload it to MAGgie, and let the system handle the rest.
Note: If you encounter errors during bulk addition using import client option, check for any extra commas in your file. Additional commas within rows can shift data into the wrong fields, causing mismatches. See the example below:
