Turn PDFs into Trips & Bookings in MAGCRM

With MAGgie^TM’s new MAGCRM Upload feature, you can turn any supplier confirmation, booking, or itinerary PDF into trips and bookings in MAGCRM - no more manual data entry.

In just a few clicks, MAGgie reads your PDF, matches it to the correct fields, and lets you import everything directly into a trip or booking.

This means:

• Faster workflows - create trips and bookings in under a minute.

• Seamless integration - works right inside your existing MagCRM process.

How does it work?

1. Open MAGgie Chrome Extension

   • Locate the Upload icon (located on the right-hand side panel), and click on it.

   

2. Upload your PDF

   • Click inside the upload box → Browse your file & upload.

3. Let MAGgie^TM parse the data

   • MAGgie will extract all trip and booking details automatically.

4. To create a new trip:

   • In MagCRM, create a blank trip.

   • In the Chrome Extension, locate the copy icon on top of the parsed data, and click on it to copy

   • Go back to the trip page in MAGCRM, click on Import Trip Data → Review → Save.

   

5. To add booking details:

   • Inside your trip, go to Bookings → Add New Booking.

   • Click Import Booking Information → Review → Make any corrections (e.g., select operator names from dropdown) → Save.

   

Note: The Tour Operator field is a dropdown in MagCRM. Even if MAGgie^TM pre-fills it, you must select the correct value from the dropdown again for MagCRM to accept and save it.
